There's seemingly always an event happening in Grand Theft Auto Online these days, and the next week will be no different.
It's High Life Week in Grand Theft Auto V's online mode starting today, April 22, through April 28. There's a Double GTA cash and RP playlist centered around the recently added Inch by Inch mode, which today received two new maps. One puts players on a farm, while the other is set at the Los Santos airport.
That extra cash will go further than usual right now depending upon what you're buying. During the event, all yachts and yacht customization options--some of the most costly things in the game--are 20 percent and 25 percent off, respectively. You can also get 25 percent off all stilt houses and penthouses, 50 percent off select clothing, and 50 percent off the bullpup rifle.
The aforementioned Inch By Inch playlist is live for this weekend and will be followed by two other bonus playlists, these ones offering double RP (but not double cash). Here's the schedule:
- 4/22 - 4/24: Inch by Inch
- 4/25 - 4/26: Races
- 4/27 - 4/28: Team Deathmatches
Double RP is also being handed out through VIP work and VIP challenges, as well as the new Contact missions added in the High Life update.
