Rocket League's Hoops update was supposed to release tomorrow, but according to developer Psyonix, it will start rolling out today. The update includes a new basketball mode and map, in addition to new items to deck out your rocket cars with.

Psyonix confirmed the update's rollout on Twitter, which starts at 4 PM PT for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If you can't wait to see the basketball action for yourself, then you can take a look at the Rocket League Hoops trailer above.

Additionally, Rocket League players can expect to see some new car accessories. Fans of The Witcher series can look forward to a new antenna based on the Witcher's medallion, as well as flags for all 30 NBA teams.

The soccer-with-cars game will also receive items based on Worms WMD, such as a worm topper, a grenade antenna, and a logo flag. Another crossover features items from Euro Truck Simulator 2 and Goat Simulator in Rocket League.
